Start Strong Inc. is a nonprofit organization helping women and children in Southern Maryland build healthy, safe, and supported beginnings. We provide practical resources during the perinatal and early childhood periods, including lactation support to underinsured clients, as well as car seats and safety classes.

Our programs are designed to strengthen families and promote long-term wellness through collaboration with local partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
