No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but when you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. If you miss an appointment or cancel too late for us to fill the slot, the provider still needs to be paid. Imagine paying for childcare to work, only not to get paid—that’s the reality for your clinician when an appointment is missed. Respecting their time ensures we can continue offering quality care.
No-Show: A missed appointment without notice, assessed 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellation: Canceling less than 24 hours before the appointment.
