 We offer virtual and in-person lactation appointments.

Plan on your appointment being 60-minutes. 
Virtual appointments and some follow up appointments are 30-minutes.

​You will meet with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant to evaluate feeding and determine a care plan for your family.

Before Your Appointment

Complete your electronic consents through the patient portal.


​ For In-Person Appointments

Bring your baby to the appointment.

Aim to bring your baby hungry. If needed, offer a partial feed beforehand.

Dads or support persons are encouraged to attend.

All our office locations are equipped with pillows and Boppy pillows for your convenience.

Feel free to bring your pump, Haakaa, or nipple shields if you use them.


For Virtual Appointments: 

You’ll receive a link to access your video visit via Simple Practice.

The appointment can be joined using the app on your phone or your computer.
