Get To Know Us

Milky Moms is owned by Nurse Practitioners Lea Lacefield and Laura Behm. Both Lea and Laura are Doctors of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP-C), and International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC).

Team members Lana Smith, Mallory Alves, Saba Rastegar, Savanna Bullard, Jordan Gatton, Kelly McKenny, Amy Hess, Trina Gardiner, Cathy Gibson, Laurel Cahill, Kerry Elderkin, Tatiana Moore, Jessica Peed, Kacey Heckathorn, Priscilla Anne, and Tiffany Rice bring over 200 years of healthcare experience to the Milky Moms team.

With extensive education and training, we can provide lactation classes & consultations and assess, diagnose, and treat conditions related to feeding for both baby & mom.

We offer perinatal mental health services, including therapy and medication management. We have medical appointments for complex lactation concerns and female hormone evaluation.

Improving access to care for moms & babies.

We follow a satellite campus model, so it's easy for our clients to reach us in-person as well as remotely.
