Appointment Frequency:
The frequency of your appointments will depend on your individual needs and where you are in your perinatal or parenting journey. Typically, appointments are scheduled weekly at the beginning to ensure you receive the support and care you need. As you progress, the appointments may become more spaced out, depending on your situation and how you're doing. Your provider will work with you to determine the best schedule for your ongoing care and support.

What sets our Perinatal Mental Health Care apart is our commitment to providing truly comprehensive, whole-person care during one of the most critical times in your life. Our Perinatal and Postpartum Behavioral Health Program is designed to provide holistic care tailored to the unique needs of individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period. If you're pregnant or postpartum and scheduling a mental health appointment with us, you'll be set up for both a clinician appointment and a session with a nurse care coordinator. This approach ensures that we address all aspects of your well-being, offering comprehensive support that integrates medical, emotional, and psychological care during this critical time in your life.
