Our dedicated team of nurse practitioners and healthcare providers lead new and expectant moms through classes, support groups, and consultations that provide support during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Pregnancy

We offer 1-hour classes virtually and in person. Classes are recommended in the second and/or third trimester.

Our mental health providers can provide psychotherapy and medication management. We focus on providing safe care to clients during pregnancy.

Our Registered Dietitian is here to support your nutrition throughout pregnancy. We focus on promoting healthy eating, supporting fetal development, and managing conditions like gestational diabetes.
Postpartum
(birth – 2 years)

Classes take place monthly; in-person locations rotate. Virtual classes and individual classes are by appointment only.

We offer virtual and in-person lactation appointments. Plan on your appointment being 60 minutes. Virtual appointments and some follow up appointments are 30 minutes.
You will meet with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant to evaluate feeding and determine a care plan for your family.We support:

Maternal mental health concerns impact 1 in 5 women in the US, including symptoms such as postpartum anxiety, depression, and postpartum rage/irritability. Our providers offer compassionate, non-judgmental support.

Our Registered Dietitian is here to support your nutrition during lactation.

We have partnered with NP Mallory with FemiCare to provide Women's Health Services. Mallory is able to evaluate and treat clients with a combination of holistic treatments and medication management (when indicated).
Mallory sees women after they are 6 months postpartum and beyond. Clients do not need to be lactating for an appointment. -
A postpartum doula can facilitate earlier identification of lactation complications with same-day access to clinical team for evaluation.

Have an urgent lactation problem?
We offer 15-minute virtual visits, with appointments offered within 24 hours of appointment request. We can diagnose and treat: thrush, mastitis, clogged ducts, and more.
We will submit the claim to insurance. There may be a co-pay, cost sharing, or deductible payment required. Fees must be paid before starting the appointment.
We take many insurances. We are NOT taking the place of you or your child's primary care provider. We can provide complete documentation to your provider after your visit.
