Billing FAQs

We strive to provide high-quality care for both the parent and the child. As both the parent and child are patients, we submit 2 separate claims to insurance. Please alert us to any changes or updates to insurance. 

Our services are covered 100% by many insurances. However, billing through insurance does not guarantee reimbursement. You may have a co-pay, deductible, or cost-sharing, depending on your specific insurance plan. 

You may receive an EOB from your insurance company. This is NOT a bill. Please contact our office directly if you have any questions. You may also review outstanding balance information in your patient portal. 

We offer extremely discounted rates for patients who are uninsured or have an insurance carrier that we do not accept.
